Associate Director - FP&A | Big 4 | 12-15 Yrs | CA/MBA/CMA | US Shift - 4 PM -12:30 AM


Role Overview:


As an Associate Director - FP&A, you will be at the forefront of driving financial strategy and performance for our US-based clients. Your day-to-day will involve leading a team in developing sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth variance analysis, and presenting actionable insights to senior management.


You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, internal consulting teams, and other finance professionals to ensure accurate forecasting, effective budgeting, and strategic financial planning. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to make informed business decisions, optimize their financial performance, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to forecast future performance and support strategic decision-making for US-based clients.

- Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

- Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to management.

- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and client stakeholders, communicating key performance indicators and trends.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

- Proven expertise in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and client stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing finance professionals.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

- Adaptable to working in a US shift (4 PM - 12:30 AM IST) and comfortable collaborating with global teams.
