Associate Director (Finance Business Analysis)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior business and functional leadership.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reporting with meaningful analysis and actionable insights.
- Analyze financial performance, business trends, pipeline, backlog, wins/losses, and key operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial scenario modelling.
- Present financial results and business insights to senior stakeholders, recommending actions to improve performance.
- Support cost optimization, profitability improvement, and business growth initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Drive ad-hoc financial analysis and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
- Coach and mentor team members while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance qualification.
- 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance reporting.
- Ability to convert complex financial data into meaningful business insights and executive-level presentations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership and global teams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
