Associate Director - Finance Controller - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance controllership for India entities

- Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk governance

- Drive finance transformation, ERP improvements, and automation initiatives

- Partner with global leadership, board members, regulators, and auditors

- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and process improvements

- Identify and implement GenAI/automation opportunities within finance

- Build and mentor high-performing finance teams

Desired Profile:

- CA with 15+ years of post-qualification experience

- Strong experience in controllership, audit, compliance, and finance operations

- Background in BFSI, investment banking, asset management, or global organizations preferred

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in finance transformation, ERP systems, and automation initiatives

- Excellent communication and executive presence

Preferred: Exposure to global finance environments, SOX/IFRS/IND AS, and large-scale team management.
