ABOUT MY CLIENT

My Client is a well-funded, fast-scaling Enterprise B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of AI, CRM, and Customer Experience Technology. The organization works with large Indian and global enterprises, enabling digital transformation through intelligent, cloud-based CX and automation platforms.

This role is ideal for a high-impact female sales leader with strong experience in consultative and solution-led SaaS selling, capable of owning enterprise revenue growth and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

BASIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and closures for large-ticket SaaS deals.

- Drive consultative and value-based selling by deeply understanding enterprise CX, CRM, and digital transformation challenges.

- Lead solution selling engagements involving AI-powered CRM, omnichannel platforms, workflow automation, and analytics solutions.

- Engage with CXOs, Business Heads, IT Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.

- Contribute to sales strategy, GTM planning, account expansion, and pipeline forecasting

Support and grow channel & partner-led opportunities where applicable.

- Maintain strong governance on CRM hygiene, deal reviews, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 7 TO 13 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales / Technology Product Sales.

- Strong background in consultative selling and solution sales within SaaS, AI, CRM, CX, or enterprise software platforms.

- Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and complex deal cycles.

- Experience selling subscription-based, cloud-native SaaS products.

- Exposure to channel sales / alliances / SI ecosystem is a strong advantage.

- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, not transactional sales.

- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

- Prior experience with CRM, CX platforms, AI-led automation, or digital experience solutions preferred.
