Associate Director - Enterprise Sales - SaaS/AI Sales

Associate Director Enterprise Sales:

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales from prospecting to deal closure.

- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and lead consultative sales discussions.

- Understand customer business challenges and position technology-led solutions.

- Own revenue targets and consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution.

- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise customers.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.

- Strong experience selling SaaS, AI, Cloud, CPaaS, Contact Center, CX, CRM, or other enterprise technology solutions.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

- Strong hunting mindset with the ability to open and close large enterprise accounts.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
