About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Associate Director - Enterprise Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives for our B2B SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in selling complex ERP technologies or SaaS products to large enterprise clients, with a proven record in managing high-value deals, long sales cycles, and CXO-level stakeholder relationships on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for B2B SaaS solutions, from lead generation and qualification to contract closure and account expansion.

- Target and acquire large enterprise accounts in global markets through direct sales efforts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.

- Manage long sales cycles (3-6 months) for complex ERP/SaaS solutions, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, including handling deal sizes of $50K+ and achieving an annual sales target of $500K+.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution engineering, and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive insights, and customer needs.

- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract discussions to closure.

- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.

Requirements:

- 8-13 years of overall B2B Tech Sales experience.

- 7+ years in selling complex ERP technologies, B2B SaaS products, or tech product solutions.

- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales specifically.

- Recent 2+ years of direct sales experience to large enterprise accounts in global markets.

- Proven record of managing deal sizes of $50K+ and achieving $500K+ annual targets.

- Experience in handling 3-6 month sales cycles for complex technology solutions.

- Strong track record in consultative selling and managing enterprise-level relationships.

- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
