Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead - Tech & Data to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale corporate learning and development (L&D) programs. The role will drive program excellence, client success, and operational efficiency across a portfolio of enterprise engagements in the Tech & Data domain.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Delivery Management

- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate L&D programs across Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation, etc.)

- Ensure seamless execution, quality delivery, and adherence to SLAs across engagements

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients

- Act as the primary escalation point and ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Service Delivery Excellence

- Drive end-to-end program delivery including onboarding, execution, tracking, and closure

- Implement best practices in delivery governance, reporting, and performance management

P&L / Revenue Ownership

- Own financial performance of delivery portfolios, including revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin management

- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

- Strengthen delivery processes, optimize workflows, and improve program efficiency

- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance delivery outcomes

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in delivery/program management

- Proven experience in managing large-scale corporate L&D or consulting projects

- Strong exposure to Tech & Data domains (AI, Analytics, Digital, IT services, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience in P&L / revenue management

- Excellent team management, communication, and client relationship skills

- Strong operations and service delivery mindset

Preferred Background

- Experience in EdTech / Corporate Learning / Consulting / IT Services

- Exposure to enterprise clients and global delivery models

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
