Role: Associate Director Delivery (Coding | CDI Specialty).

Location: Hyderabad.

Experience: 18 TO 20 years in US Healthcare RCM (Medical Coding CDI), with at least 3 years in leadership and 10 years in managerial roles.

About the Role:

- Lead end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Drive strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee project lifecycle, resource planning, and risk management.

- Mentor and lead delivery teams for high performance.

- Ensure client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Expertise:

- Strong experience in IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).

- Proven track record in large-scale project delivery and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Eligibility:

Manager/Senior Manager/AGM/DGM/GM/AD level professionals.

Education:

Bachelors/Masters degree; PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
