Associate Director - Delivery (Coding | CDI Speciality)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 15-20 years in US Healthcare RCM (Medical Coding - CDI),

Must have managerial roles and minimum 3 years in leadership positions

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational and client goals.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation.

- Mentor, coach, and lead delivery and managerial teams to drive high performance.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Must have Exposure:

- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

- Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations and teams

- Deep understanding of US Healthcare RCM, particularly Medical Coding & CDI

- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Eligibility: Professionals currently at AGM / DGM / GM / Associate Director levels

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (required)

- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications (preferred)
