Role Overview:

The role involves leading consulting engagements in the areas of compensation, rewards, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver consulting projects across:

- Compensation & Benefits

- Rewards Strategy and Pay Design

- Organization Design & Effectiveness

- Performance Management and Scorecards

- Manage client engagements from problem definition to solution delivery

- Translate client requirements into analytical insights and actionable recommendations

- Design solutions such as pay structures, incentive plans, job evaluation frameworks, and career architectures

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Support business development through proposals and client discussions

- Contribute to thought leadership, research, and knowledge development

- Lead and mentor team members

Candidate Profile:

9+ years of relevant post-MBA experience in:

- Compensation & Benefits

- Rewards Strategy

- Talent Management / Organization Consulting

- Prior consulting experience preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability

- Experience working on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

- Ability to work with senior leadership and handle complex assignments

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Administration

- MBA / PGDBM

Technical Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills

- Exposure to tools/techniques such as R, VBA, Predictive Analytics, or Statistical Modelling is preferred
