Associate Director - BFSI Segment

Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

- The Associate Director primary role is to drive results for clients, the account team and the firm. Focusing on Priority Accounts, the AD conducts rigorous account planning and management and works with an account team to drive relationships across the clients organization to ensure client satisfaction.

- This includes leveraging the Firms key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities within the account.

- The Associate Director will be accountable for revenue growth, higher win rates, market share enhancement, client satisfaction and quality assurance procedures for the account.

- Create client specific solutions to meet specific business needs by integrating cross BU/Service Line solution offerings of the Client.

Preferred candidate profile:

- We are looking for 12+ years of BD / sales experience, selling consulting services or application implementation services, software sales in the BFSI segment to leading PSU Banks / Private Insurance / GCC Banks.

- Atleast 3 to 5 year having strong active CXO / CTO level relationships within the mentioned BFSI segment in leading PSU Banks / Private Insurance / GCC Banks.
