We are looking for a high-calibre finance professional to join its Cost Management & Analytics (CMA) team. This role supports global stakeholders across regions and drives cost governance, month-end close, and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end close, including accruals, prepayments & journal entries

- Perform cost allocation, expense review & error correction

- Deliver cost analytics, variance analysis & senior management commentaries

- Manage intercompany accounting, invoicing & settlements

- Support budgeting, forecasting & ad-hoc financial analysis

- Strengthen controls, governance & SOPs

- Drive process automation, efficiencies & reporting enhancements

- Prepare MIS, presentations & financial reports for leadership

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

- Strong Accounting + Analytical skills

- Hands-on experience in:

- Month-end close

- Accruals & prepayments

- Cost allocations

- Expense analysis & variance analysis

- Experience in R2R / GL / Controllership / Cost Control

- Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); VBA is a plus

- Exposure to intercompany accounting & settlements

- Ability to prepare MIS, dashboards & commentary

- Experience in financial services / BFSI / investment banking captives is preferred

- Knowledge of Hyperion is an advantage (not mandatory)

Educational Qualifications:

CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / Postgraduate in Finance

Experience Required:

5 to 7 years of experience in Finance, Cost Control, FP&A, R2R, Financial Controlling, or Cost Analytics
