Requirements : Qualifications : Company Secretary with Graduation in Law Experience : min 3 to 5 years relevant exp. in a consulting firm or listed company Skills : - Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs. - Good understanding of Corporate and Securities law. - Practical experience of working with stock exchanges - Familiarity with Stock Exchange filing portals - Good interpretation skills - Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good verbal and written communication - Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments - Organized and able to meet deadlines.
