We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Investment Banking team as an Associate/AVP. The role will be based in Mumbai. Our key considerations will be academic strength and/or relevant industry experience (Healthcare/Pharma), ability and intent to thrive in a high-paced environment, ambition to grow, and be self-driven to achieve excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work on M&A transactions, both on buy-side & sell-side

- Provide execution support for the transaction lifecycle including industry & market research, preparing pitch presentations & supporting materials, preparing collaterals, marketing & PR support, due diligence, and closing activities

- Prepare & work on marketing documents viz. pitchbooks, information memorandums, and teasers.

- Take up financial modeling and valuation analysis, extensive research work on industries including competitive landscape, market mapping, client/company-specific research on unlisted & listed entities, etc.

- Ensure proactive and timely information and escalation workflows. Create dashboards, trackers in consultation with the lead.

Qualifications & Competencies:

- Post-Graduate from a reputed institute or a qualified CA with relevant investment banking experience.

- Knowledge of financial concepts and fundamentals of corporate finance, ability to assimilate & articulate financial and business information efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to create high-quality financial models. Orientation to detail. Problem Solving approach.
