Associate/Analyst - Infrastructure Project Management - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management

- Project Planning, WBS, RAID & Change Control

- Budgeting, Cost Tracking & Risk Management

- Vendor & Resource Management

- Stakeholder Communication (IT & Business)

- Governance & Executive-Level Reporting

- MIS Dashboard Creation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint)

- JIRA - Project tracking, sprint management, issue tracking

- Basic exposure to ITSM tools

- Disaster Recovery (DR) coordination / Infra DR knowledge

Required Experience & Skills:L

Associate (8-10 Years):

- Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management experience

- Experience delivering infrastructure-led / technical projects

- Strong Agile / Waterfall methodology exposure

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Analyst (4-7 Years):

- Experience supporting IT Infra projects

- Strong reporting, dashboard creation & tracking experience

- Hands-on with JIRA & PM tools

- Exposure to budgeting, risk logs & governance reporting

Common Tools:

- JIRA, MS Project / Smartsheet

- Confluence, SharePoint

- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
