Associate/Analyst - Client Services Reporting Manager

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 6-8 years of experience managing reporting processes end-to-end.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end Client Reporting function for a global asset management environment. The role requires strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate closely with international stakeholders while designing and institutionalising reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full lifecycle of client reporting, from initial request intake through solution design, documentation, implementation, and production transition.

- Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to interpret reporting requirements and establish reporting processes.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly created or enhanced reporting workflows.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of reports to stakeholders.

- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Provide guidance and oversight to junior reporting team members.

Mandatory Skills and Competencies:

- 6-8 years of experience managing reporting processes end-to-end.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex reporting requirements.

- Broad industry and product knowledge within the asset management domain.

- Demonstrated capability to write and maintain SOPs.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight delivery schedules.

- Experience with process automation is an advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

Work Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
