Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Head - Human Resources

Experience: 15-20 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics, especially in the financial services space. This role will be pivotal in building high-performing teams to fuel the company's growth across business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, especially for Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Collections, and Technology roles.

- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring.

- Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the NBFC/BFSI space.

- Leverage recruitment technology (ATS, HRMS, job boards) to optimize sourcing and candidate management.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners (agencies, vendors, job portals).

Data & Compliance:

- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio) and prepare dashboards for HR and business heads.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) standards.

Campus & Lateral Hiring:

- Plan and execute campus hiring strategies across management institutes and undergraduate colleges.

- Drive lateral hiring for mid to senior-level roles

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of NBFC talent market and business structure

- Excellent sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.

- Stakeholder management & business partnering

- Data-driven decision making & recruitment analytics

- Team leadership and collaboration

- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance
