Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the end to end TA strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Forecast hiring needs across functions (corporate, branches, product teams, tech etc.).
- Set metrics / SLAs: time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, candidate experience
2. Sourcing & Attraction
- Lead sourcing for both active and passive candidates; build pipelines for niche / hard to fill roles.
- Use diverse sourcing channels: social media / job portals, employee referrals, campus hiring, agency partnerships.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Ensure positive candidate journey, from first contact through onboarding.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business heads to understand role requirements, culture-fit, and align expectations.
- Provide regular reporting / dashboards to senior leadership with insights (market & competitor benchmarking, supply/demand for talent, risk areas).
5. Selection & Assessment
- Oversee / participate in the selection process: screening, interviews, assessments.
- Ensure hiring decisions are fair, inclusive (diversity), compliant with policies.
6. Process Improvement & Technology
- Drive improvements: streamline processes, adopt / optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment tech.
- Ensure recruitment operations are efficient and scalable.
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor TA team members.
- Build capability in sourcing, interviewing, assessment.
8. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure all hiring is done in compliance with internal HR policies, employment laws, diversity and inclusion norms.
