The Group Leader PCG Wealth leads a high-performing team to acquire, manage, and expand relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. This role drives revenue growth and portfolio performance through customized equity advisory, high-touch client engagement, and strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Business & P&L Management:

- Drive Profitability: Own and manage the teams Profit & Loss (P&L) to meet financial objectives.

- Maximize Wallet Share: Scale the business through consistent revenue growth and equity advisory.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:

- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop Relationship Managers (RMs) and advisors.

- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily team reviews and track productivity metrics.

- Joint Field Work: Participate in joint client calls with RMs to close high-value deals.

Client Engagement & Market Advisory:

- Direct Engagement: Ensure a minimum of 3 client meetings per day to strengthen relationships.

- Customized Solutions: Deliver high-quality equity advisory and portfolio enhancement strategies.

Operations & Compliance:

- Regulatory Adherence: Conduct regular checks to ensure strict compliance with internal and external surveillance guidelines.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams for seamless onboarding.

Role Requirements:

Education: Postgraduate Degree in Finance, MBA, or related financial fields.

Experience & Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Product Sales.

- Proven track record in Wealth Management, PCG, or Equity Advisory.

- Deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio handling, and financial investment products.

- Prior experience managing a team and driving a business P&L.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory norms, compliance, and risk controls.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
