To lead and govern end-to-end Total Rewards, Performance Management, Job Architecture, HR Technology, Analytics, and HR Policy processes, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and a consistent, technology-enabled employee experience.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Develop and operationalise the Total Rewards and Performance Strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Lead market benchmarking, compensation surveys, and consultant partnerships. Advise on reward competitiveness, workforce cost implications.
- Execute annual salary reviews, promotions with strong process controls and automation.
Performance Management Process:
- Own and evolve the performance management framework including goals, reviews and end year appraisal process.
- Ensure objective performance differentiation and linkage to rewards and career progression.
- Drive standardisation, transparency, and user adoption through digitised performance processes.
- Lead job evaluation, grading, and role architecture to ensure internal equity and consistency.
HR Technology & Automation Enablement:
- Own the HR Tech roadmap covering HRMS, performance, rewards, and analytics platforms.
- Drive end-to-end optimisation of HR processes with focus on standardization, automation, and employee experience.
- Ensure system scalability, audit readiness, and process efficiency.
- Build and govern HR analytics dashboards for rewards, performance, workforce costs, and productivity metrics.
HR Policies, Governance & Compliance:
- Lead HR policy design and governance in line with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Periodically review and update policies to reflect regulatory changes and organisational needs.
- Ensure effective communication, implementation, and adherence across the organization.
