Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Global Markets Documentation & Transactions - Legal - LLB/LLM

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review & negotiate ISDA, CSA, CTA, GMRA, GMSLA, MSLA, Prime Brokerage & Clearing documentation.

- Advise on derivatives, securities financing and master agreements across global jurisdictions.

- Provide legal support on regulatory frameworks including EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, CFTC/SEC and related regulations.

- Review netting & collateral enforceability opinions and identify legal/documentation risks.

- Partner with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

Required Skills:

- LLB/LLM

- Strong experience in derivatives documentation and financial contracts

- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks

- Strong analytical and communication skills
