Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned AVP/VP Finance leader to oversee and spearhead financial leadership across multiple business verticals.

The role demands strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic decision support to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence within the apparel, textile, garment, and FMCG manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across diverse business units.

- Manage P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow management, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate closely with business heads to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions, expansion initiatives, and capital investments.

- Oversee audit processes, tax planning, and implementation of corporate governance standards.

- Design, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle) to optimize operations and reporting accuracy.

- Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent financial qualification.

- Minimum 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing industries such as apparel, textile, garment, or FMCG.

- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced financial reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to influence across teams and functions.
