For - Our Client - A Public Listed, prominent Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising and media enterprise in India. While it works with both Indian and international brands and has been recognized on global platforms, its operations and primary focus are within India. The company is based in Mumbai and has a network of 11 offices across India.

AVP - Total Rewards & Talent Management

MBA 10 - 14 years hardcore experience post Qualifications,

Salary budget is approx.. upto 40Lacs/pa

Strong experience in the following skills. Should have worked with Large Corporates.

Comp and Benefits:


- Analysing compensation data, conducting market research, do salary benchmarking for implementation of attractive compensation plans par with the industry standards.


- Collaborated with CXOs / HODs to formulate & implement Total Rewards Policy for employees. Manage Rewards calibrations, Rewards communications, feedback and final payouts for the appraisal cycle

- Proactively work on Talent fencing | Conceptualize Talent retention policy which help retention of top talent

- Design EOP/RSUs scheme for workforce & senior leadership based eligibility, grade and compensation.

- Linking organization targets with vesting parameters.

- Plan and manage organization's increment budget by distributing among merit increment, promotion & market correction based on Medians and Compensation ratio

- Compensation benchmark exercise with Unique Job roles

- Conceptualize & implement pay mix & merit increase for sales and support function to ensure new hire fitment

Talent Management (PMS):


- Objective is to identify, attract, Develop and retaining top talent within our organization


- Manage employee engagement and growth

- Set up calendar for Performance Management Process. Administer Performance Management.

- Monitor & review smooth closure of Performance Appraisal Cycle.

- Review, Improve and implement PMS as required
