Description:
AVP HR Tech Transformation & Projects will be responsible for driving digital transformation by defining and delivering HR technology strategy and next-generation technology capabilities that enable Sagilitys long-term success and a consumer-grade experience for all employees. This role is part strategy/part execution, focused on coupling the innovation blueprint with an actionable roadmap from conception to launch through continual improvement.
In this role, one will interact, inform, and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Compensation (IC Focus):
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay frameworks across geographies.
- Lead annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity).
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay competitiveness analysis, and compensation surveys to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance on complex compensation cases (offers, retention packages, pay equity).
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align compensation practices with business
strategy.
- Develop executive and board-level materials to support C&B strategy and outcomes.
Benefits:
- Oversee design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs (healthcare, retirement, insurance, wellness, etc.).
- Evaluate benefit vendors and negotiate cost-effective, high-value employee offerings

- Proven experience with market benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford).
