The Role: We are seeking a high-maturity Leadership Hiring specialist to source and secure CXO-level talent. You will serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, managing the full executive search lifecycle with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership Hiring & Execution:
- End-to-End Search: Own the full lifecycle for CXO and senior leadership mandates across all functions.
- Market Intelligence: Execute deep market mapping and competitive research to curate elite talent pools.
- Pipeline Strategy: Build and proactively maintain a "warm" network of top-tier leaders.
- Process Excellence: Manage sourcing, rigorous assessment, and complex offer negotiations to closure.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, premium experience for every leadership prospect.
2. Stakeholder & Strategic Management:
- Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for hiring managers on market trends and organizational fit.
- Search Strategy: Partner with leadership to align search criteria with long-term business goals and culture.
- Issue Resolution: Navigate conflicts and high-stakes negotiations to protect company reputation and close deals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of focused experience in Executive Search/Leadership Hiring (Mandatory).
- Proven Track Record: Experience closing CXO-level roles across diverse sectors.
- Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Operational Agility: Ability to manage multiple high-priority mandates simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
