About the Role:

We're hiring for a forward-thinking AVP - Talent Acquisition for a leading Fintech firm, someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end hiring initiatives, manage high-performing teams, and partner closely with business leaders to shape the organization's talent strategy.

This role calls for a strategic TA professional from a financial services or asset management background - someone who understands the nuances of hiring in a fast-paced, regulated, and high-impact domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization across functions.

- Partner with business and leadership teams to forecast, plan, and deliver strategic hiring needs.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and HR partners.

- Oversee vendor management, ensuring efficient partnerships and optimized sourcing.

- Drive diversity, inclusion, and employer branding initiatives in line with company culture.

- Track, analyze, and present hiring metrics and insights to leadership.

- Continuously refine recruitment processes for scalability and efficiency.

Preferred Background:

- Minimum 5+ years in strategic and leadership hiring, with exposure to financial services, asset management, or FinTech environments.

- Proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor relations.

- Deep understanding of the financial domain and talent market dynamics.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving setup with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
