Assistant Vice President - Senior RFP Writer - Asset Management/Investment Management Industry

Experience : 10-12 years in Asset Management / Investment Management Industry

We are hiring an experienced Senior RFP Writer to manage and deliver high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client documents within tight timelines. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, investment specialists, and subject matter experts while contributing to the growth of the global RFP function.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience in RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and institutional client reporting

- Deep understanding of Asset Management products, investment philosophy, and reporting standards

- Knowledge of GIPS standards, performance systems, reporting platforms, and third-party databases

- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration experience

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail

- Team handling / leadership experience preferred

Educational Qualifications :

- Post Graduation or equivalent qualification mandatory

- CFA / FRM / ESG Certification (completed or pursuing) preferred
