Job Role:
1. Lateral Hiring & Delivery
- Manage and lead end-to-end lateral hiring across mid to senior-level roles for the West region.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate communities.
- Oversee assessments, market intelligence, and talent mapping initiatives.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver revenue targets for the region through lateral hiring mandates.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent delivery excellence.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers.
- Conduct negotiations with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Provide clients with industry insights, compensation benchmarks, and market analysis.
4. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Analytics) for seamless execution.
5. Strategic Impact
- Strengthen Taggds presence as a preferred partner for lateral hiring in the West region.
- Contribute to employer branding, talent strategy, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide insights on market trends, talent ecosystems, and hiring feasibility.
Job Requirements:
- 12-15+ years of experience in lateral hiring / recruitment.
- Proven ability to close midsenior mandates across industries in the West region.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue targets.
- Established relationships with business leaders and industry stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting-led recruitment environments is preferred.
