Assistant Vice President - Product Management - Accounts Payable Domain

We are seeking an experienced Product Management / Product Owner professional with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Finance Transformation, and AI-driven automation.

The role will define and drive the product strategy, solution architecture, and execution roadmap for AP processesspanning Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and end-to-end AP workflowsusing modern ERP platforms and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AP transformation initiatives.

- Lead solution design, presales engagements, and end-to-end product development cycles.

- Drive process modernization through AI, Machine Learning, RPA, OCR, and workflow automation.

- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.

- Oversee UAT, compliance validation, change management, and KPI/governance tracking for product rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience:

- MBA (Finance) with 13-18 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, and Accounts Payable operations.

- Strong hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, BlackLine, and other leading ERP platforms.

- Exposure to automation technologies such as HighRadius or equivalent finance transformation tools.

- Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, Finance Transformation, and Presales solutioning.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
