Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AVP Operations to lead project execution and site delivery for large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects across India. This is a leadership role focused on managing cross-functional project teams, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial interiors, strong vendor and contractor relationships, and proven ability to lead fast-paced, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects from client handover to site completion and sign-off.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage all site operations, monitor daily progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Build and manage relationships with reliable contractors, MEP consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (design, planning, procurement) and on-site stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site reviews and enforce accountability with contractors and vendors.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary execution lead for client interactions during the delivery phase.
- Provide timely project updates, manage client expectations, and handle escalations proactively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in project/operations management in commercial interior fit-outs
- Background in turnkey execution for offices, coworking spaces, retail, or institutional clients
- Strong knowledge of on-site execution, vendor management, and budgeting
