Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) .NET Development to lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise-scale applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while managing cross-functional development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise .NET applications.

- Drive technology initiatives involving .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, Azure Cloud, and REST APIs.

- Manage end-to-end software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Mentor and lead engineering teams, ensuring high coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Agile, SDLC, DevOps, security, and governance standards.

Required Skills:

- C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, .NET 8+

- Microservices, REST APIs, Entity Framework / EF Core

- Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Performance Tuning

- Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)

- OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, LDAP/Active Directory

- Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns

Preferred Experience:

- 10-15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale .NET application development teams.

- Strong exposure to cloud migration, application modernization, and distributed systems.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or other regulated industries will be an added advantage.
