Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities - Project Management and Supervision:

- Oversee the construction and implementation of wind and solar renewable energy projects

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Operational Support:

- Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure the effective execution of renewable energy projects, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Coordination and Monitoring:

- Closely monitor project progress and coordinate with the corporate team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all project stages.

Reporting to Senior Management:

- Report directly to senior management, delivering insights and updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic and Tactical Assistance:

- Assist in all strategic and tactical matters related to project development and implementation, contributing to decision-making processes and strategic planning.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks associated with project execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community representatives, to build support and facilitate project implementation.

EDUCATION: Qualification Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (BE/B. Tech) is preferred. AN MBA IS A DEFINITE advantage

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Skills, Experience, Exposure:

- Post-qualification work experience of 15+ years, with at least 7 to 10 years of experience specifically in implementation of solar / wind renewable energy projects

- Have a track record of successfully managing and commissioning of a renewable energy project of 100 MW.

- Ability to oversee and manage all project implementation activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with the corporate team, site managers, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to supervise and direct project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.

- Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements in the renewable energy sector and the ability to ensure compliance with these regulations throughout project implementation.

- Aptitude for identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions to address construction, technical, or regulatory challenges during project implementation.

- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices, particularly related to renewable energy project development and implementation.

- Familiarity with ROW issues related to land acquisition and permitting processes in the renewable energy sector.

- Experience in handling contractors and subcontractors, including overseeing their performance, ensuring adherence to project requirements, and resolving any issues that may arise.
