Position : AVP (Learning & Development)

Age (As on 31.12.2025):

Minimum- 31 yrs Maximum- 42 yrs

Contract Period: 5 Years

Educational Qualification (As on 31.12.2025):

Mandatory: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC.

Preferred Certification: (Valid as on date of interview)

- HR Analytics or

- SHRM-CP or

- SHRM-SCP

Post-Qualification Experience (As on 31.12.2025):

Essential Experience:

- Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources/Training.

- Preferably in IT industry or IT Department / Vertical in the BFSI Sector.

- Experience Certificate/ Any other Document evidencing the relevant / essential experience needs to be submitted by the applicant. Documents (s) submitted by the candidate will be considered on merit at the sole discretion of the Bank and Banks decision shall be final.

- (Teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility).

Job Profile (Detail description of Role, Responsibilities and Functions):

- Conducting Training needs Assessment and design, develop and implement training and development policies.

- Conduct skill gap analysis studies on regular basis.

- Mapping Role based certifications for System officers.

- Assist in building Competency Framework.

- Engage with training partners / vendors in the industry.

- Organizing workshop, seminars with internal and external IT partners.

- Conduct of Employees Engagement Activities

- Build effective Rewards & Recognition programs.

- Implementation of the best HR practices with latest innovations /niche IT technologies in upskilling the employees

- Skill gap analysis, identifying niche areas in emerging technologies like AI/ ML etc.

- Oversee employee engagement performance and career development programs

- Roles Responsibilities, Activities, key Interactions mentioned above are illustrative. Roles Responsibilities, Activities, key Interactions in addition to the above mentioned may be assigned by the Bank from time to time . KRA shall be assigned post joining.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Skills Preferred: Experience in the areas of:

- Developing a training and development framework preferable in a large IT Firm.

- Implementation / Management of Learning Management Systems and any other technological tools related to training / upskill in a large IT Firm.

- Designing, developing, and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of IT Engineers in a large IT Firm.

- Skill gap assessment and implementing training needs for upskilling and reskilling.

- Knowledge of developing competency framework.

- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Time management

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Annual CTC Range:

Upto Rs 45 Lacs( Annual CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay & Variable pay in 80:20 ratio. Annual CTC is negotiable and will depend upon experience & current emoluments of candidates in the present employment & place of posting.)
