Assistant Vice President - Learning & Development/Human Resource - Financial Firm

Leading Financial Organisation is looking for Senior Manager / Associate Vice President - Human Resources based at Santacruz - Mumbai.

Any MBA - HR / MA - Psychology and Relevant certifications in Learning & OD with min 9-14 years of experience in L&D and OD (preferably center of excellence or Corporate functions)

Must have an experience in designing and driving L&D and OD interventions in line with Organisational priorities

Key Accountabilities:

- Understanding the business requirements and designing appropriate learning interventions

-Design and Coordination of end to end training cycle implementation through external / internal learning resources across learning formats

- Content creation, curation and facilitation for specific learning interventions

- Driving large scale project management for OD interventions as per business needs like competency frameworks, 360 feedback, etc.

- Driving leadership development initiatives
