Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President Lead to Cash (L2C / Q2C) to lead and scale global operations across the end-to-end Lead to Cash lifecycle. This leadership role will focus on driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, governance, and stakeholder engagement across global clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quote to Cash operations, financial processes, and large-scale operations leadership, along with experience in driving automation, process improvements, and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead-to-Cash Operations Leadership

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Lead to Cash (L2C / Quote to Cash) operations, including Contract Management, Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable.

- Ensure smooth execution of L2C processes while maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy.

- Drive process standardization and operational consistency across multiple regions.

Operational Transformation & Process Excellence

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies across L2C workflows.

- Lead initiatives focused on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, digital transformation, and process optimization.

- Implement automation and technology-driven solutions to enhance operational productivity.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Business teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies, commercial terms, and revenue processes.

- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and communication.

- Establish structured stakeholder engagement and performance review mechanisms.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure strong governance frameworks and compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain operational integrity.

- Maintain high standards of financial controls and reporting accuracy.

Performance Management & Reporting

- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reports to track operational performance.

- Drive performance improvements through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring.

- Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across L2C functions.

- Drive performance management, training, and capability development initiatives.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Transitions & Global Delivery

- Lead process transitions, knowledge transfer, and onboarding of new business operations.

- Ensure smooth transition of processes across geographies and delivery centers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree required (Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field preferred).

- 13-18 years of experience in Order Management, Contracting, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash operations.

- Strong understanding of accounting processes and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 preferred).

- Proven experience in operations leadership, process transitions, automation initiatives, and stakeholder management.

- Experience managing large teams and global operations environments.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
