
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to drive organization-wide capability building initiatives across retail operations and corporate functions. The role will focus on talent development, leadership pipeline creation, workforce capability enhancement, and execution of strategic HR projects aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Learning & Development strategy for retail and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future capability requirements.
- Design and implement structured learning frameworks covering onboarding, functional capability development, leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth journeys.
- Develop and execute talent development programs for high-potential employees, emerging leaders, and critical talent pools to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning interventions to improve team effectiveness and performance density.
- Lead strategic HR and business transformation projects focused on organizational capability building, workforce productivity, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to culture building, change management, learning digitization, assessment centers, competency mapping, and performance enhancement.
- Drive learning analytics, training effectiveness measurement, and ROI tracking to ensure impactful and measurable outcomes from development initiatives.
- Build scalable learning ecosystems including classroom, digital, blended, and on-the-job learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create innovative learning content, leadership workshops, and capability-building modules.
- Support business expansion by enabling readiness programs for new store launches, cluster development, and regional capability enhancement.
Desired Profile:
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Capability Building within retail, FMCG, QSR, or consumer-facing industries.
- Proven experience in driving strategic projects, organizational development initiatives, and large-scale workforce capability programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic and special projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
