Role Overview:

As an Assistant Vice President - Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the companys aggressive growth trajectory. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR initiatives are directly aligned with business objectives. This role involves working closely with department heads to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex organizational changes, and implement scalable HR processes. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into effective people strategies, ensuring that RecroHub remains an employer of choice while maintaining operational excellence across our Bangalore and Mumbai offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the companys long-term business goals to ensure sustainable organizational growth.

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract high-caliber professionals who fit the companys culture and technical requirements.

- Oversee performance management frameworks to drive accountability and professional development across all levels of the organization.

- Manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, directly impacting talent retention.

- Spearhead leadership development programs to build a robust internal talent pipeline and prepare the organization for future scaling.

- Drive change management initiatives during periods of organizational transition to maintain employee engagement and operational stability.

- Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership regarding workforce planning, attrition trends, and productivity metrics.

- Ensure strict adherence to HR compliance and labor regulations to mitigate organizational risk and maintain ethical standards.

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace that leverages varied perspectives for better business outcomes.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR Business Partner, translating complex business needs into actionable people-centric solutions.

- Proven expertise in managing large-scale HR operations with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.

- Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using HR analytics to forecast workforce needs and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating organizational vision and navigating cross-functional team dynamics effectively.

- A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is preferred to ensure a strong theoretical and practical foundation.

- High degree of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, effectively managing teams and stakeholders across Bangalore and Mumbai locations.

- 8 to 17 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
