Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner at AVP level to drive strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders. The role will focus on leadership hiring, HR COE coordination, and business partnering to enable organizational growth and talent effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across functions

- Drive leadership hiring (mid to senior level) across critical business verticals

- Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent, C&B, L&D, PMS) to implement key HR initiatives

- Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning

- Manage performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives

- Provide insights on organizational design, productivity, and talent strategy

- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, compliance, and governance frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 812 years of experience in HR Business Partnering role

- Strong exposure to leadership hiring in BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services

- Experience working with HR COEs and driving cross-functional HR projects

- Strong stakeholder management and business acumen

- MBA in HR or equivalent
