AVP Global HR COE & Transformation

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned HR COE & Transformation Leader to lead the global HR Centre of Excellence, driving HR Shared Services, digital transformation, technology adoption, policies, performance management, and overall HR service delivery. The role will partner closely with senior business and HR leadership to build scalable, technology-enabled and employee-centric HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global HR COE and HR Shared Services function, ensuring consistent, scalable and high-quality HR service delivery.
- Drive the HR digitalization and transformation agenda, including adoption of AI, automation, analytics and emerging HR technologies.
- Lead optimization and enhancement of existing HR technology/HRIS platforms, preferably with exposure to Darwinbox.
- Establish and continuously improve HR processes, policies, governance frameworks and service delivery standards globally.
- Own the Performance Management framework, ensuring effective implementation, governance and continuous improvement.
- Drive process standardization, automation and digitization across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement HR analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and functional COEs to identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation.
- Lead change management and adoption initiatives associated with HR technology and process transformation.
- Collaborate with global teams (2225 members) through functional leaders and managers.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs and governance mechanisms to measure HR Shared Services effectiveness and employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and scalability across the global HR function.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 18- 25 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership exposure in HR COE, Shared Services and HR Transformation.
- Strong experience in HR digitalization, HR technology, automation, analytics and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale HR Shared Services environments.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, HR policies, governance and process excellence.
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams and supporting a global employee base.
- Exposure to Darwinbox or other leading HRIS platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in IT-enabled, technology, analytics, biotech or similar organizations will be advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive hands-on execution and organizational change.
