Role Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented HR professional for the role of AVP - HRBP to partner with the Bancassurance business channel. The incumbent will drive strategic and operational HR initiatives for a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees across locations. This is a leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, people strategy execution, and team management capabilities.

- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BFSI organizations, preferably within Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Bancassurance channel, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management including manpower planning, onboarding, engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention.

- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and implement effective HR solutions.

- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure seamless HR support across regions.

Monitor and improve employee productivity, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.

- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs.

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with COEs such as Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive employee relations environment.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

- 6-15 years of HRBP experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance sector.

- Strong exposure to managing large employee populations and business partnering roles.

- Experience in team handling and stakeholder management at senior leadership levels.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, performance management, and talent management.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
