Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, labour laws, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining full compliance with labour regulations and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing.

- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

- Validate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

- Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

- Ensure payroll compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

- Manage compliance related to:

1. PF (Provident Fund)

2. ESI

3. Professional Tax

4. Labour Welfare Fund

5. Gratuity

6. Bonus Act

7. Shops & Establishments Act

8. CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act)

- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.

- Maintain compliance records and documentation.

Labour Laws & Employee Relations:

- Advise business leaders on labour law matters and HR policies.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Support domestic enquiries and employee dispute resolution.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

- Manage employee engagement initiatives.

HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning.

- Drive performance management and talent reviews.

- Support succession planning and organizational development initiatives.

- Guide managers on employee lifecycle processes.

HR Operations:

- Oversee onboarding and exit formalities.

- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are updated.

- Generate HR MIS and compliance reports.

- Support internal and external HR audits.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws.

- Hands-on experience in payroll processing.

- Expertise in statutory compliance.

- Employee Relations and grievance handling.

- HR Operations.

- HRMS/Payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, etc.).

- Advanced Excel and HR analytics.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
