Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior HR leader to head HR for multiple manufacturing units across India. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving HR excellence, industrial relations, and workforce effectiveness across plants, while partnering closely with senior leadership and promoters.
The role requires a mature, business-oriented HR professional with strong grounding in manufacturing HR and IR, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing units
- Drive industrial relations (IR), ensuring a stable and compliant plant environment
- Partner with business leaders and promoters on workforce planning and organization effectiveness
- Strengthen performance management, productivity, and manpower optimization
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across plants
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
- Build and develop leadership capability and succession pipelines
- Drive HR standardization and transformation initiatives across locations
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
- 18-25 years of experience in pharma/Manufacturing/FMCG organizations
- Proven experience in heading HR for multiple manufacturing units
- Strong expertise in industrial relations, union management, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and promoters
- Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented approach

- Ability to influence promoters / senior leadership
