Description:
ROLE: Assistant Vice President - Financial Reporting
FUNCTION: Finance & Accounts.
EXPERIENCE: 9 -12 Years
JOB ROLE:
The role is a part of the finance reporting team and entails responsibility of financial statements, including drawing up financials & preparation of financials related submissions. Major role will be compilation & analysis of asset quality & credit cost of the company. The role required good collaboration with finance & other related teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Expected credit loss (ECL) under Ind-AS & IGAAP
- Preparation & review of documentation pertaining to ECL & CECL
- Need to be well versed with day to day regulatory & accounting changes in the area of provisioning & asset classification
- Portfolio, ECL & Credit cost related data submission to regulator/auditors/Internal stakeholders.
- Preparation of financial statement under Ind-AS & IGAAP
- Coordinating with IT vendor/IT team for building tools for automation of the existing process
- Require analytical skills for business modelling & building sensitivity scenarios
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- CA with 9 years' experience
- Minimum 9 years reporting experience in the Banks/ NBFC's will be required
- Knowledge of Ind AS and USGAAP reporting requirements
- Working level knowledge of Ind-AS standards
- Excellent skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in SQL /Tableau/Power BI will be added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adhere to reporting timelines
- Ability to complete tasks independently and work as part of a team.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAP reporting requirements
