Mandatory Requirement Proven track record of raising - 300-500 Crores through PE Funds- (not banks).

Industry Preference: Pharma / Healthcare (Manufacturing experience mandatory)

Reporting to: CFO

Team Size: 5-6 People

1. M&A - Due diligence, valuation, deal structuring

2. Fund Raise - PE firms (- 300-500 Cr mandatory)

3. Cross-border transactions - Regulatory compliance, forex implications

4. Business cases & investor relations

5. MIS, LRP, Budgeting, scenario modelling

Role Purpose : Lead FP&A and finance operations for India business, ensuring compliance, reporting excellence, and strategic growth. Drive top-line expansion, margin improvement, cash flow optimization, and readiness for strategic transactions including M&A, PE fund raising, and IPO.

Skill Set

- Controller ship, taxation, audit (Big 4/Big 6 exposure)

- PE fund raise - calculation, planning, investor pitch, financial modelling

- Cross- border transactions - contract review, compliance, forex management

- FP&A - budgeting, forecasting, predictive analytics, ROI analysis

- MIS & Reporting - dashboards, KPIs, reconciliations, variance analysis

- Automation - ERP, AI- driven forecasting, scalable finance processes

- Treasury - investments, borrowings, forex management
