Assistant Vice President - Finance Operations/Record To Report & Procure To Pay - Retail Brokerage/Financial Services

Location: Jaipur, India (Work from Office).

Shift: US Night Shifts (Rotational).

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Leader at the AVP level to lead a multi

location F&A delivery team for a leading US-based retail brokerage client.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across R2R, P2P, and I2C, driving transformation, client satisfaction, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage delivery of F&A services across R2R, I2C, and P2P for a global client.

- Lead a team of 70150 F&A professionals across multiple sites.

- Ensure end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.

- Champion transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.

- Engage directly with client stakeholders (including some based in Pakistan) and maintain executive-level relationships.

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Digital, Transitions, etc.) to deliver on business goals.

- Participate in new deal solutioning, pricing, transitions, and governance.

- Travel to Gurgaon approx. once a month for business engagement.

Candidate Profile:

- Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputed institution.

- Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70150 FTEs.

- Client Management: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders (US focus, including cross-border collaboration).

- Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.

- Mindset: Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven.

- Work Model: Comfortable with night shifts and full-time onsite presence in Jaipur.

Preferred Industry Background:
