Assistant Vice President - Finance Operations & Transformation - ERP/Automation & Controls

Finance Operations Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end finance back-office operations and accounting processes.

- Manage large accounting and finance operations teams.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, expense claims, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.

- Drive operational efficiency and service excellence across finance functions.

Process Transformation & Automation:

- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.

- Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

- Drive automation projects to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls.

- Partner with business and technology teams to redesign finance workflows.

ERP & Technology Initiatives:

- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, and system migration projects.

- Work closely with IT and external technology partners for system integrations.

- Participate in business requirement gathering, UAT testing, process mapping, and implementation governance.

- Drive integration between finance systems and customer-facing digital platforms.

Controls, Compliance & Audit:

- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, authority matrix, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

- Manage audit observations and closure of action items.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Technology, and Leadership teams.

- Support strategic finance initiatives and transformation programs.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and change management initiatives.
