Strategic Finance & Leadership

- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Partner closely with the CEO, Founders, and Business Heads to drive profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

- Build and evolve the finance function in alignment with the company's long-term expansion roadmap.

- Prepare the organization for future fundraising, investor reporting, and due-diligence readiness.

Financial Control & Governance

- Own end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, MIS, compliance, audits, and tax management.

- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance structures across all business units.

- Lead statutory, internal, and compliance audits with timely closure and strong cross- functional coordination.

Business Finance & Analytics

- Track key business metrics (GM, NRM, overheads, productivity KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

- Influence decision-making through data-driven financial modeling, dashboards, and business analytics.

- Drive pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and contract evaluations for existing and new clients.

Tech & Process Automation

- Implement tech-driven solutions (ERP, finance automation, dashboards, SFA- integrated financial processes).

- Digitize and streamline end-to-end finance workflows for scale and accuracy.

- Work closely with Product & Tech teams on cost systems, billing automation, data integrity, and financial integration.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with external partners including banks, auditors, consultants, legal teams, and investors.

- Build high-performing finance teams and mentor future leaders.

- Represent finance in leadership discussions and strategic decision forums.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in service-based industries, preferably FMCG, Sales Force Automation, Retail Execution.

- Hands-on expertise in financial planning, controllership, cost management, taxation, audits, commercial negotiations, and business partnering.

- Experience implementing or managing finance automation, ERP, and technology- enabled financial systems.

- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of unit economics, P&L drivers, and operational levers.

- Excellent leadership capability with experience in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

- High ownership, integrity, and ability to work in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
