We are looking for an experienced finance leader (CA & MBA Finance) with 18+ years of expertise in treasury management, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, ready to drive financial excellence and process efficiency across multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and debt servicing, ensuring optimal fund utilization and cost efficiency.

- Manage internal audit, statutory compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts.

- Support leadership in pricing, budgeting, project evaluation, and funding assessments.

- Prepare and present cash flow projections, budgets, and financial reports for management reviews.

- Supervise billing, collections, and receivables, ensuring revenue optimization and minimal overdues.

- Drive process improvements and quality initiatives to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor senior finance professionals to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategy and compliance.

What Were Looking For:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and MBA in Finance with 18+ years of relevant experience.

- Proven leadership in managing teams and implementing financial best practices.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
