Assistant Vice President - Finance

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate regulatory reporting and perform all controls checks to ensure proper regulatory reporting within timelines

- Assist in financial accounting, audits financial controls and financial reporting in compliance with Companies Act and SEBI LODR requirements

- Lead the finance projects including automation and new initiatives

- Independent review of GL maintenance, GL balances and control accounts, track ageing exceptions for closure with relevant stakeholders

- Assist in review and preparation of various policies and process notes

- Design and adherence to stringent controls across all the processes. Involves continuous process reviews, audits, documentation of procedures, implement controls and key metrics

- Coordinate for Internal Audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations

- In depth understanding of the concepts of NBFC accounting / regulations
