Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President/Vice President - Finance & AccountS

Eligibility:

- CA (Qualified) or MBA.

- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (BFSI).

- Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Prior experience leading and managing finance teams is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial accounting, monthly/annual closing, and preparation of financial statements.

- Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership.

- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate statutory and internal audits while strengthening internal financial controls.

- Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders on financial planning and strategic decision-making.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
